4/3 - 350 putts

I have a set of 5 identical LAB B.2 putters specifically made with various balances and degrees of toe hang. I will be periodically using these to start capturing the differences between each. The first two used were total opposites; full toe hang vs toe up. Similar results, however the "zero torque" models are still trending in less back stroke rotation, and higher through stroke rotation.

Next was a standard plumber neck G7. Better accuracy and consistency. More toe hang continues to show higher rotation in the back stroke, and slower rotation leading into impact.

After yesterday's thoughts with delivering vs maintaining a square face at impact, I decided to hit 2 sets of 50 with both the OZ and the Wagon. The first 50 of each I intentionally tried to counter-rotate my forearms/wrists to work the face open leading into impact. The accuracy increase is clearly visible. With the next sets, I focused on allowing my arms and wrists to freely rotate open in the back stroke and through stroke. This is the feeling I want.. zero tension, zero manipulation. The accuracy numbers speak for themselves.

Final thoughts: The best feeling in golf is an uninhibited motion. Swinging a driver left towards the penalty area and having full confidence the ball will cut back into the fairway. Putting is such a mental battle already, and the last thing I want to do is lack confidence I can start the ball where I am aimed. In the case of these "zero torque" putters, if I want to make my natural uninhibited movement, an average accuracy score of 64.5 leaves me with zero confidence.
